We will be taking a break from our usual demo-focused meet-up for December, but we will be hosting a RSVP ONLY 1 Year Anniversary Celebration and Team Recruitment Event.

Overview

This isn’t just a celebration; it’s an opportunity to reflect, strategize, and strengthen our community as we look toward 2026. We aim to recruit new team members and ensure our community’s sustainability and success.

Event Details

  • Date: December 15th (Monday) (To Be Confirmed)
  • Time: 7-9 PM HKT
  • Location: Undisclosed, only shown when approved.
  • Cost: Sponsored by Tim

Agenda

  • Celebration: Enjoy snacks and one round of drinks on Tim.
  • Sharing of New Organizing Team Structure: There will be two different roles on the organizing team:
    • Co-organizers: Take on responsibilities like venue discovery, event planning, and hosting.
    • Volunteers: Assist with ad hoc tasks at events, with a commitment to support at least one event.

Participation Requirements

  • ONLY RSVP if you are committed to being part of this community and team.
  • You do not need to be technical AT ALL! We are looking for people who are passionate about the community.
  • Team players who would like to grow and make the city a better place.
  • This event is limited to 20-30 attendees and is RSVP-only.
  • Attendees should be committed to contributing to the community in 2026.
  • If you attend this event and commit but do not contribute without a justified reason, you will be removed from the team.
  • You can still join the team if you cannot make it to this event, we will host a separate online session.
