I have been working on a project called NorthStar, an interview practice platform. Users simply paste in a link to a job posting, and the system extracts the job requirements. Then, that information is passed to our voice agent to generates a realistic mock interview tailored to that role. After the interview, the system analyses the transcript and gives feedback on the candidate’s performance.
